Charlie popped the question and Jenny said “yes!”

Today, Jenny and Charlie headed to Charleston to celebrate their one year anniversary with their two pups. Upon arriving at Angel Oak, Jenny ironically was approached by several couples to photograph their visit, little did she know her soon to be fiancée had planned to have me there to capture their very special moment.

As Charlie and I exchanged non-verbal gestures as to where the best place would be for him to pop the question, Jenny was conveniently distracted by the unknowing couples. Jenny was truly in for a very romanic surprise.

Charlie then brought Jenny over to a large branch of the tree to take in the serenity, before the big moment…

As the the time drew near, Charlie held her tight, Jenny could feel that his heart was beating faster than normal, still she did not expect what was about to happen. Charlie then got down on one knee to ask for her hand in marriage… the reaction was timeless and their love for one another was undeniable.

Jenny of course said yes and I had the honor of doing an impromptu mini engagement shoot. Here is a sneak peak of their session.
