It is hard to believe that I have already had the pleasure of knowing Katrina for almost a year, and getting to know her has been an absolute pleasure. I finally got to meet Jon right before everything shut down due to COVID-19 at my Annual Emma Lili Couples Reunion and loved how he easily he can make someone laugh.
Over the last few months, we have had to schedule and reschedule their engagement session so many times that this time we were going to make it happen no matter what. So the three of us met Downtown with a slight chance of rain and hoped it would hold off. Just as we were wrapping up some beautiful photos on the walkway towards the Battery, the rain started, and we had to find cover, but it surely did not rain on our parade. We headed over towards the Vendue where they changed, and we snuck off for some adorable rooftop photos, and Katrina and Jon shared a Corona, because why not? After we headed to Waterfront Park and then ended the session by popping some champagne.
Spending time with my couples like Katrina and Jon on their engagement session is always such a particular time because it is when we get to know one another. It is hard to believe that we are now coming up on their year countdown to their wedding day, and I know from their engagement session and spending time with Katrina over the last year that their wedding is undoubtedly going to be one for the books!
I am so excited to share with you a few of my favorite images from their engagement session!
