I say it time and time again, but I genuinely mean it so I will repeat it. I have the best couples ever! Heather and Ryan showed up to their engagement session looking like celebrities and nailed their engagement session, making me question if they are actually full-time models!
I first met Heather in December right before the holidays, when she was referred to me by one of my sweetest brides, so after a few emails, we, of course, met for coffee and immediately hit it off. I was absolutely thrilled when she asked me to be her wedding photographer and could not wait for her and Ryan’s engagement session!
Ryan and Heather got engaged October 27, 2018, where he tricked her into thinking that they were heading to Morris Lighthouse at Folly Beach so he could show his mother who was visiting from out of town. That is when he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. Heather said yes, and so, of course, we had to revisit where he proposed during their engagement session.
We met Downtown at Chalmers Street for the first part of their engagement session. We had to dodge traffic as we worked to get the perfect shots in the middle of the cobblestone. After exploring Downtown, we headed to Folly to finish their session at Morris Lighthouse. We got there right at sunset, and Heather wore the most beautiful dress.
They are getting married this October at Cannon Green, and I am beyond excited to capture their special day!
Enjoy a few of my favorite photos from their engagement session!
